1. Service Refund Policy
Due to the nature of aesthetic and dermatological treatments, all completed services are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

PRP Hair Treatments

Microneedling

HIFU

Skin Rejuvenation Procedures
Once a treatment is rendered, the time, expertise, and materials used cannot be reversed or returned.
2. Advance Booking & Prepaid Packages

Advance payments for packages or appointments are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

In the case of prepaid treatment packages, unused sessions may be credited toward other services of equal value, subject to management approval.

Partial refunds on unused sessions may be considered in exceptional medical circumstances with valid documentation and are at the discretion of the clinic.
3. Product Return Policy

All skincare products sold are non-refundable and non-returnable due to hygiene and safety standards.

If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon purchase, it can be exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date with a valid receipt and original packaging.
4. No Guarantee Disclaimer
While we use only FDA-approved treatments and follow global protocols, individual results may vary based on medical history, skin type, lifestyle, and post-care compliance. Therefore, results cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with outcomes.
5. Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session or applicable cancellation fees.

Rescheduling is allowed with adequate notice.
